Establish the record
The Research Desk checks original publication dates, document provenance, and the specific claim supported by each record. Conflicting accounts are identified rather than blended into a false certainty. Company-issued material is not relabeled as independent reporting.
Approval is tied to a complete package
Daniel reviews the factual claims and attributed statements in the full article package. His written approval must name the current article version and image version, covering the text, metadata, citations, caption, and proposed date. Reactions, silence, or approval of an older document do not release a new version.
Images cannot manufacture a record
Every article needs a licensed, approved hero image. A decorative illustration must be identifiable as such. A materially AI-assisted portrait requires consent, final-image approval, and visible disclosure; invented appearances or events cannot serve as documentary evidence.
Editorial responsibility
The initial site and policies used AI assistance. Any material assistance on an entry is disclosed, while source verification remains a human responsibility. Each complete article has one canonical home; corrected entries retain a dated explanation of substantive changes.
